Return and Exchange Policy

In case the product delivered does not match the size ordered, you are required to share the details with us at info@nishatlinenstore.com within 15 days from the delivery date.

Product images may slightly vary from the actual product due to photographic lighting sources or may differ based on your screen resolution and other settings. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange requests will only be catered to if a product is defective or a wrong product has been delivered.

Products purchased on Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (neither online nor in-stores). Items bought at full price that are now on sale will be exchanged at the discounted price.

Nishat Linen does not offer refunds, except in the case of prepayments where an item is either out-of-stock, a wrong product has been delivered, or the product has any kind of manufacturing defect. We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds may be offered in the form of a voucher with 1-month validity.

In the case of prepaid orders, a refund for the defective product will be processed after the product has been returned to Nishat Linen. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account from the time we have received the product.

Cosmetics cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

We do not have a return/exchange policy for international orders.


Size Exchange Policy

In case the product delivered does not match the size ordered, or is not according to the size chart mentioned on the website, you are required to return the product to Nishat Linen by reaching out to us at info@nishatlinenstore.com within 15 days from the delivery date.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging; unworn and unused with the price label, hangtag, and care label attached. Our customer support team may redirect you for an exchange to any Nishat Linen outlet near you.

This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan. Currently, we do not offer exchanges for international orders. International customers are required to email us at info@nishatlinen.com, and we will assist you.


How to Apply for Exchange?

In case you have faced any size issues or defects in the order and would like to opt for a replacement, you are required to return the product to Nishat Linen by emailing us at info@nishatlinenstore.com. You must share the order details, reason for exchange, and photographic evidence of the product within 15 days from the delivery date.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging with the tags intact. Your request will be processed once the claim is verified and approved by our customer support team. You will then be required to send the parcel back to us at the address communicated by our team.


Exchange Timeline

We aim to process all claims within 7-10 working days from the date we have received the returned item. During peak days, please expect up to 15 working days for the claim to be processed.


Order Cancellation

Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Nishat Linen reserves the right to cancel orders for certain reasons, which may include unavailability of products or if the debit/credit card payment is declined.
